UNISON represents over 165,000 members across Scotland’s public, private and voluntary sectors. Our members are the key workers in early years and childcare, they deliver a range of services in further and higher education and careers advice. UNISON members pay taxes as well as delivering and using public services and are therefore in a unique position to comment on public services in Scotland. UNISON is able to collate their views in order to inform the policy process in Scotland we therefore welcome the opportunity to contribute to this inquiry…
