NHS Pay Ballot 2022/23

The Scottish government has offered all Agenda for Change NHS workers a 5% pay increase, for the period of 2022/2023. The voting button is at the bottom of this page.

UNISON is recommending you vote to REJECT this pay offer and indicate your willingness to participate in industrial action because:

  1. It is significantly less that the current level of inflation which is around 10%.
  2. NHS staff at the top of the pay scales will receive a pay rise of approximately £5,500 per year whilst those at the bottom only receive approximately £1,080.

As this is a consultative ballot we will need to ballot you again in order to take official industrial action.
