Key points of your pay offer
- A minimum gross cash increase of at least £1,100 for all full-time contracted staff
- A minimum consolidated percentage increase of at least 5% for all staff.
- An additional 1.2% increase for support workers who have worked longer than one year, on top of the 3.8% already received (establishing a £10.63 hourly rate for the majority of our support workers)
- A one off £250 (pro rata for part time staff) non-consolidated cost of living payment to all contracted staff earning £10.63 per hour or less.
In addition, Quarriers propose the following:
- A new minimum hourly rate of £11.61 for night shift work paid between the hours of midnight and 7am.
- An increased on-call payment for participating staff, as part of a wider redesign of on-call arrangements.
As this is a consultative ballot, if members vote to reject the offer, we will need to ballot you again in order to take official industrial action.
