UNISON Scottish young members are holding their 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM). All UNISON Scotland young members are welcome. Lunch and refreshments will be provide and reasonable travel expenses will be covered by UNISON.
AGM Details
AGM from 10am – 1pm on Saturday, February 24
Trans Ally training from 2pm – 4pm
Where is it?
Stirling University campus, Stirling Court Hotel, Airthrey Rd, FK9 4LA. Register by Monday February 19 and come along.
What else is going on?
Trans ally training in the afternoon for delegates who attend the AGM in person. 2024 is UNISON’s year of the LGBT+ workers, this training will support understanding and promote equality.
Who can come?
Any UNISON member who is aged 30 or under is eligible to attend. You must register using before Monday 19th February 2024.
Why should I bother?
This is how we ensure young members have a strong voice across UNISON. It’s a great opportunity to meet other young members; and if you want to become more active, the AGM is a good place to start. You can also nominate yourself for a senior lay position
