Mick Lynch message to NHS members in Scotland

Mick Lynch, Secretary-General of the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers, met with Wilma Brown, chair of UNISON Scotland health committee at the TUC in Brighton this week.

Wilma reported on the ballot and why we need a strong turnout to put pressure on our Scottish Government to provide a fair pay deal for all NHS workers

Mick Lynch gave a message to UNISON NHS members: ” Make sure you vote, make sure your vote is confirmed by 31 of October. make sure you voice is heard”.

UNISON Scotland health members are currently being postal balloted for strike action on pay. Postal ballots must be RECEIVED by the electoral office in London by 31 October.  You postal vote and return envelop have been sent out – in a blue envelop.
