Please find below the highlights of our pay claim, which was submitted to management last week.
UNISON will be issuing a newsletter to all staff in the next week or so covering the pay claim in more detail and highlighting other issues of importance.
For clarity, this pay claim does not apply to Allied Health staff whose pay claim will follow in the coming weeks.
- All staff in Grade 3 to be paid minimum £10.00 per hour from 1st April 2019
- An increase for staff at Grade 1 to bring their pay up to the level of the Scottish Living Wage currently £9 from 1st April 2019
- Minimum £750 flat rate increase for all other workers from 1st April 2019
- An increase to Sleepover Allowances to SLW rate per hour from 1st April 2019
